“Beautiful Hotel and professional friendly staff. ”

“I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door……

“We had a wonderful stay! I absolutely love the cozy rooms—their quaint design are such a breath of fresh air from the usual hotels I stay at, and their amenities are generous. We really appreciated the slippers! Parking was great, and love that it is a short drive to Solvang. Might recommend implementing quiet hours—our neighbors had the TV on loud all night, but that was an inconsideration on the guest’s behalf and not the hotel. Am also grateful to Sally for her attentiveness. Can’t wait to……

“Defect： The lights in the room are too few, very dim, not bright enough at all, not even a table is enough and there are few bathroom utensils. Didn't even provide hand soap.
